- We do not process or analyze patient/client health information through non-HIPAA-compliant AI systems
- We do not use AI for treatment planning or recommendations
- We do not use AI to record or transcribe our patient/client sessions. HIPAA-compliant AI is used only for provider voice dictation after appointments
Sensitive Information Processing
- We do not input or process protected health information (PHI) through non-HIPAA-compliant AI systems
- We do not share confidential patient/client information with non-HIPAA-compliant AI tools
- We do not use non-HIPAA-compliant AI for processing or storing sensitive personal data
Automated Decision-Making
- We do not rely solely on AI for critical business decisions
- We do not use AI to make automated decisions about patient/client care or services
- We maintain human oversight in all significant processes
AI Tools and Platform
Our AI usage includes, but is not limited to:
- Various AI language models and assistants
- Software and platforms that may incorporate AI features
- Content creation and optimization tools
All AI tools are carefully selected and used in compliance with applicable privacy and security standards.
Privacy and Data Protection
HIPAA Compliance
- We maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all our operations where applicable
- We do not share protected health information with non-HIPAA-compliant AI tools
- Any future use of AI in handling protected health information will only occur through HIPAA-compliant platforms specifically designed for healthcare
Data Handling
- Patient/Client confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Personal and sensitive information is never processed through non-HIPAA-compliant AI systems
- We implement appropriate safeguards to protect all patient/client information
Limitations and Disclaimers
- AI-generated content is reviewed by the provider before use
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-assisted services
- AI tools are used to supplement, not replace, professional expertise
- AI technology is evolving, and capabilities may change over time

All AI-generated content in our business undergoes:

- Professional verification
- Quality assurance checks
