Making Weight-Neutral Services
Financially Accessible

I offer reduced rates on some services by participating in a national nonprofit called Project HEAL.

They make non-diet eating disorder care more accessible for those facing systemic, financial, and healthcare barriers to treatment.

Eligibility

To be eligible for nutrition services using the sliding scale program:

  • You must apply through Project HEAL for treatment access and mention that you want to work with me as your dietitian (Shelly Najjar, Confident Nutrition). Note that application processing time can be 2-6 weeks.
  • We’ll have a 15 minute Get Confident Call to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. (This can be done before you apply or while you’re waiting for your application to be reviewed.)
  • If you’d like to move forward, we’ll sign agreements via Project HEAL for your reduced session rate between $40-60/session based on their determination.
  • We’ll create a customized wellness plan and schedule our first session!

The sliding scale aims to make my services accessible to more people, regardless of income.

If finances are a barrier, let’s discuss how I can support you on your path toward food freedom and peace.

Gift of Access: Help Make Services Available

Your generous gift helps subsidize reduced-rate sessions for clients via Project HEAL. Through this organization, eating disorder care providers (like my colleagues and I) make weight-neutral, non-diet services accessible to those who may not be otherwise able to afford it.

You can learn more about donating to Project HEAL here.

Thank you for your generosity and commitment to inclusive access to compassionate, weight-neutral nutrition care. Your contribution makes a meaningful difference!
